A tenured Learning professional with 26 years of experience in corporates, with 20 years exclusively in building learning & development organizations ground up, training and certifying trainers, facilitating behavioral programs to captive & non-captive learners and leading teams. In my two plus decades of professional experience, I have worked with, and coached leaders at all levels, build gap analysis, succession plans, and developed leadership development paths for growth and expansion. 

I have a track record of deep dive professional performance consulting, identifying learning needs through specific problem statements, devising holistic and all rounded learning interventions with measurable success stories of identified goals. 

As a Change Management practitioner, I bring with me a Prosci certification and three years of setting up a detailed change management program for a large scale project impacting more than 3000 heads, leading and working with a project team that involved more than 50 employees, at Amazon. With in depth knowledge and expertise in Change Management processes, activities, measures and implementation strategies, I am well equipped to help build CM strategies and programs for projects of various scales and scopes. 

Experienced in facilitating to and consulting with people from different geographies including US, UK, Costa Rica, Philippines, China, Japan and Slovakia to name a few, I am adept at working with, and enhancing working relationships across varied communication/ work styles and cultures.
